David Harsh Concert Coming to Westminster Presbyterian Church
Open to Public; All Welcome
Northwest Christian artist David Harsh will perform on Friday, August 7, 2015 starting at 7:00 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church in a family-friendly concert open to Tacoma and the surrounding community.
The concert is free and open to the general public. Westminster Presbyterian Church is located at 54th and East B Street, Tacoma, WA 99037.
Harsh is a native Washingtonian who began his serious musical study in college, where he learned to sing classically in six languages. He soon discovered a desire to pursue Christian music, and began writing his own songs and taking private guitar lessons. Harsh has since studied with 5 of the best acoustic guitarists in the world, including Phil Keaggy, Alex De Grassi, and John Renbourn. In addition to serving on staff at his home church in Lynnwood, WA as the Director of Worship and Technical Arts Harsh continues to make time to tour nationally and share his original music ministry at churches, camps and conferences all around the country.
Harsh has won numerous awards for his work, including first place in a national songwriting competition through the AGMA (Academy of Gospel Music Arts.)
