STATED MEETING & PEACE EVENT
Global instability…religious conflict…economic disparity…graphic executions…anxious times. Feel familiar? Before these terms expressed the tenor of our present age they reflected the spirit of the 1st Century. How did they respond to the ever present and sometimes overwhelming violence?
Amidst these tumultuous times the tongue of a mute, elderly father was finally loosed to offer a praise for the arrival of the one who would “guide our feet in the path of peace.”
If you long to have your feet guided in this path of which Zechariah sang, then we invite you to join Presbyterians as well as other people of faith on Saturday, November 15 at Shepherd of the Hill Presbyterian Church.
During this gathering we will share peace-filled worship, practical workshops, a tasty meal and engaging conversations. Join us, for the path of peace is not meant to be walked alone, but shoulder to shoulder.
