The Panorama New Worshipping Community (NWC) began with the simple act of taking home communion to one of our church members, Sandy at Panorama, a phased retirement community in Lacey, WA.

This simple action, however, soon morphed into something more as Sandy asked if she could invite over friends and neighbors to these gatherings at her home, many of whom have been disconnected from the local church due to limited mobility and other issues. This group has now grown, with as many as 8-10 people from the surrounding neighborhood being invited over not just for communion, but for monthly prayer, support, fellowship, and reading the word of God together.

We want every new worshiping community leader to flourish in their work and their lives. Regardless of how things go for your new worshiping community, our hope is that you’ll see this season of your life as one in which you experienced growth personally, spiritually, and vocationally. The Discerning Missional Leadership assessment is designed to help you identify your path for flourishing.
