The Attentive Church Process

Is your church ready to discover where God is already at work?

The Leighton Ford Ministries’ Attentive Church Process: A Visioning Roadmap is built on relationships, not a one-size-fits-all, fly-in/fly-out consultation. We are friends on a journey based on listening, research, and coaching. Together, we will develop a custom road map to guide your church into the next phase of vibrant ministry.

What will it look like in the Presbytery of Olympia?

  • Five to six churches with at least 250 members from the same region will join together in a cohort led by Pete Della Santina, one of LFM’s experienced ministry advisors.

  • This cohort will begin in October and last 18 months.

  • The process will include: regular coaching sessions, on-site retreats, and step-by-step guidance.

  • At the end of 18 months, churches can expect: a comprehensive evaluation of your church’s context, potential, and possibilities.

  • Normally, a process like this would be $20,000 for an individual congregation. By partnering together, the Lilly Endowment is underwriting most of the cost. Each church would pay $1,000.
