The Attentive Church Process
Is your church ready to discover where God is already at work?
The Leighton Ford Ministries’ Attentive Church Process: A Visioning Roadmap is built on relationships, not a one-size-fits-all, fly-in/fly-out consultation. We are friends on a journey based on listening, research, and coaching. Together, we will develop a custom road map to guide your church into the next phase of vibrant ministry.
What will it look like in the Presbytery of Olympia?
Five to six churches with at least 250 members from the same region will join together in a cohort led by Pete Della Santina, one of LFM’s experienced ministry advisors.
This cohort will begin in October and last 18 months.
The process will include: regular coaching sessions, on-site retreats, and step-by-step guidance.
At the end of 18 months, churches can expect: a comprehensive evaluation of your church’s context, potential, and possibilities.
Normally, a process like this would be $20,000 for an individual congregation. By partnering together, the Lilly Endowment is underwriting most of the cost. Each church would pay $1,000.
