Cultivate Dinner: Practicing Holy Imagination
Wednesday, July 31 · 6:00 PM · Fircrest Presbyterian Church (outdoor garden)
We’re gathering again for a summer Cultivate Dinner, this time in the garden at Fircrest Presbyterian Church where we’ll gather outdoors for a beautifully catered Garden Picnic Dinner! Dinner will be catered, the conversation will be rich, and the goal is simple: to keep practicing what it means to imagine the Church differently.
Our theme this time is Practicing Holy Imagination—not in a dreamy or detached way, but in the everyday work of noticing, creating, and wondering what else might be possible. How do we carve out space for creativity, vision, and sacred experimentation in our ministries and lives?
Whether you’re full of ideas or just showing up with questions, you’re welcome here.
Please register in advance so we can plan for food (and accommodate any allergies or dietary needs) and don't forget your sunhats!

Additional info about the garden: The We Dig Fircrest Community Garden is a partnership between FPC, Whittier Elementary, and Families Unlimited Foodbank. We work with our local elementary school to provide outdoor education and foster children's enjoyment of nature. Together we plant and grow a variety of fruits and vegetable, most of which go to FUN foodbank!
