This 4 day retreat offers dynamic conversation around current realities of ministry life, as well as opportunities to explore God's creation (hikes/nature jaunts/accessibility for every level) just outside Leavenworth, WA. Co-led by Roy Howard (Pastor and ministry coach) and Becca Niemeyer (Pastor and Associate Program Director for Ingalls), this is a welcoming, collaborative and mindful way to find rest and renewal in your ministry life.
